These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Osteo Inc (previously "The Jack Hanma Project" or "JHP") services, website, and paid membership programs. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using Osteo Inc services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, materials, features, and functionality available through Osteo Inc paid membership, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Osteo Inc and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

2.1 Copyright Violations

Violation of Osteo Inc intellectual property rights may result in rightful takedowns via copyright laws and legal action as permitted under applicable intellectual property legislation.

3. PAID MEMBERSHIP

3.1 Subscription

Access to certain Osteo Inc content and services requires a paid membership subscription. By purchasing a membership, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.

3.2 License Grant

Upon payment, Osteo Inc grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the paid membership content for personal, non-commercial use only.

3.3 Scope of Access

Osteo Inc membership only constitutes access to the hosted content of each module which is paid for. No additional rights or services are implied beyond access to the specific paid content.

3.4 Restrictions

You may not:

  • Share, distribute, or transfer your membership access
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the paid content
  • Use the content for any commercial purpose without express written permission from Osteo Inc

3.5 Confidentiality Obligation

Paid members must obfuscate private paid information when sharing progress or anything in relation to the project. This includes, but is not limited to, specific methodologies, techniques, and proprietary content from paid modules.

3.6 Upgraded Height Module Benefits

Users who have purchased the "Upgraded Height Module" are entitled to additional allowance of a minimum of 3 x 45 minute one-on-one calls as part of their membership benefits.

3.7 Account Termination for Violations

Violation of paid membership terms may lead to immediate deletion of your paid account, including forfeiture of any outstanding orders or payments of any kind. No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts due to Terms violations.

4. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

4.1 Security Violations

Any attempt to hack Osteo Inc systems, modify site functionality, manipulate invoice amounts for paid modules, or engage in any activity that negatively impacts our services or security will constitute a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

All payments are processed through third-party payment processors. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize Osteo Inc to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.

6. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

Osteo Inc is not liable for any personal damages incurred from information relating to Osteo Inc, including but not limited to monetary losses or health-related issues. These are concerns of the user ONLY to manage. You acknowledge that you use all Osteo Inc content and services at your own risk.

7. TERMINATION

Osteo Inc reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to services at any time for violation of these Terms, without notice and without liability.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Osteo Inc services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Osteo Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

10. MODIFICATIONS

Osteo Inc reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
